It's an amazing store if you're looking for anything party related. They'll most likely have everything you need you throw a great party. Things are just a little bit pricey though.
They have a lot of holiday merchandise. At this point it's all still Halloween and they're starting try to clear that out for Christmas but they had a huge selection of Halloween merchandise. We were looking for Morph suits and they only had a few left but it is several days after Halloween.
I was in there recently and was having trouble picking out balloons for my daughter I asked one of the employees Amelia and she was super helpful and helped me pick out a bouquet of balloons and my daughter loved them on top of that the employees up front filled up my balloons so quickly I am so pleased with this store
The store in Orem, Utah has an exceptional manager. Adam spent some time to help me find some receipts online, so I could return some items not needed. He was very kind and helpful. Love your stores, and their customer service.
I was finding different items for my kids costumes they had a good options and a variety. My only complaint is once I got to the register it seemed like it took an eternity to finish with the customers that were in front of me. I asked if they did Apple Pay she said yes and proceeded to ring me up but then when done I had to be moved to a different register to use my Apple Pay and once I moved over she helped another customer before she even told the other cashier to come to the register that she moved me to so that I could Pay & finish my transaction.
The whole entire staff that was working on the day I went was AMAZING!! Someone who really stuck out to me was this girl named Nuria, she was extremely helpful and just really friendly. I appreciate all the help she gave me! So if you’re reading this, thank you. I recommend this place to anyone looking for some party supplies. They also have a great selection of other random items. Very pleased with the store, so once more thank you all.
I was able to call in a last minute balloon order for a wedding and the wonderful girls got it together for me even though they were quite busy. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful! The store seemed to have a wonderful selection of party supplies and if I’m ever back in Provo and have need, I now know where to go.
